Can you remember the last time you stepped out of a space and felt a freshness in the air? Coaching with me will feel like stepping into a fresh breeze. You’ll notice more, your senses will feel sparked, there’ll be the feeling of clarity.
Working together you’ll feel gently challenged, you’ll gain clarity of your route, you’ll be cared for during your journey, you’ll be cheered on, and you’ll be celebrated for your achievements along the way. You’ll feel deeply listened to and feel a renewed sense of energy and clarity following our sessions.
I'm a qualified business and life coach and an NLP Master Practitioner, and certified mBIT coach, gaining my qualifications at the award winning UK College of Personal Development. In 2020 I joined the first group of coaches to train at Sas Petherick’s Self-Belief Coaching Academy to become a certified self-belief coach and am finishing my training during 2021. I use a blend of all these coaching styles to deliver a unique coaching experience, rooted in nature’s seasonal wisdom.
WHEN and how I COACH
I’ve created a wholesome life which I’ve sculpted to blend being a mum and wife, feeling energised in my part-time corporate job, connect to my life passions alongside my coaching practice.
I make a purposeful decision to coach a small intake of women, I keep my client list small so I can create bespoke experiences and feel really energised in my work. It’s important for me as your coach to feel topped up and able to coach you brilliantly.
I coach on Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings. We can work together remotely using video conferencing (Zoom), or if you are in Bristol or near to the city, our sessions can be held at carefully selected outdoor locations, to allow us to be socially distanced during the pandemic, and can include walking coaching sessions in the city parks and the waterfront, or my preference, in more natural settings like Ashton Court or Leigh Woods.
